On November 3-6, 2020, the National Finals of the 2020 Intelligent Manufacturing Competition---the Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creativity Competition of Chinese University Student , was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

Three undergraduate teams from XJTU participated in the competition and stood out among the 44 teams. They won two first prizes (4 first prizes in the competition), one second prize, and won one single award for system integration and commissioning, and one single award for industrial big data analysis.
