About Institute of Engineering & Medicine Interdisciplinary Studies
The Institute of Engineering & Medicine Interdisciplinary studies crosses, integrates and penetrates modern medical and engineering thinking, and forms a cross-disciplinary research direction of brain-computer interaction and rehabilitation with digital diagnosis and intelligent diagnosis as the core, based on the intelligent diagnosis and cloud maintenance services of major equipment and brain-computer interface technology research. It has developed in depth at the edge and intersection of disciplines and has an internationally cutting-edge development direction. The Institute has currently established the Xi'an Key Laboratory of Digital Medicine for Brain-Computer Interaction and Neural Regulation and the Shaanxi Provincial International Joint Research Center for Digital Medical Device and Instruments, and serves as one of the core support teams of the National Medical Research and Development Platform for Industry-Education Integration and the National Medical Center (Tutoring) of Xi'an Jiaotong University. And it has established an influential brain-computer interface technology research team in China.
